How to open an account

1. Tap REGISTER in the bottom bar.
2. Use a phone number and details you control.
3. Create a unique password.
4. Save the username before closing the page.
5. Install the app and sign in.

Log in on a new device

Install the current version on the new device and use the same account details. If the old device can still log in but the new one cannot, check the app version, connection and spelling before asking for help.

Protect your account

• Do not share your password, bank PIN or OTP.
• Use the support channel connected to the account.
• Hide private details in screenshots.
• Do not create a second account only because you forgot a password.

Keep one account with consistent details

New players should use the registration route, while an existing account holder only needs to enter the same details in the current app. Do not open a second account simply because a password was forgotten. Check the username spelling, registered number and accidental spaces before requesting account recovery.

When moving to a new phone, install the matching version and sign in again. Keep the username somewhere secure, use a unique password and never share an OTP or bank PIN. If the app says the account cannot be found, record the exact message and MYT time. That information is more useful to support than several random login attempts.
